Integrated Solutions like ACOM Customer Portal, A client-facing portal for a dealership based in TN that allows customers to create profiles, add vehicles, and schedule appointments, are necessary for today's tech-based economy. I designed the solution for the Auto Collection of Murfreesboro to simplify the process of scheduling work, and automate key aspects of the workflow from the customer, and service manager points of view. This included advanced API integrations into the Dealership Management System Autosoft.
Prior to Appech's involvement with ACOM, the company used several products to manage company data. We started by helping them find a DMS with a Service Module that would support API integrations. After that we set out to build the best in class mobile platform for automotive services that supported loyalty rewards, and reminders.
I didn't just design a software solution for ACOM; I was able to help them reinvent their process from the ground up by integrating all of their dealership departments into a single software solution. When I designed the architecture for their service scheduler application, I built an event based system that could grow with their organization without breaking the bank on day one.
The new CMS was primarily designed to be ran in the Azure Cloud, and although it was not initially hosted using Azure Kubernetes, it was designed with that goal in mind.
